How does it work?

1. We recommend that you contact us first via telephone +44(0)20 3051 5615 or email to roughly describe what is wrong with your PC. Based upon this information we will estimate how long it will take to fix it. Note that we cannot give you a precise data for some reasons such as your Internet speed, how accurate was the problem description given by you, and so on.

2. Once you have an idea about the time required to have your PC repaired you can safely buy the minutes that are suitable for your computer’s needs. Before actually purchasing your minutes we recommend that you read the terms and conditions.

3. When you complete your purchase you will be required to download the software we need to connect to your computer. All you have to do is to save it in any folder you want.

4. Execute the software when you are ready to have your computer repaired. By doing this you are giving us the control of your PC. Your timer starts at the moment we are in charge of your computer.

5. After repairing your computer we give the control back to you. At this time you can delete the software saved from your PC.

What happens if I purchase the wrong amount of minutes?

You can buy 30, 45 or 60 minutes. If you purchase 60 minutes and we use less than 45 or 30 or you purchase 45 and we use less than 30 minutes, we give you the difference back. In cases where you purchase fewer minutes than needed, you pay us the difference.

What platforms we deal with?

Microsoft Windows XP and Vista in English.

What are the office opening hours?

The office is open between 8am and 8pm. Outside times can be previously arranged.

Do I have a guarantee that my computer will be fixed?

Unfortunately we cannot say that 100% of the cases will be sorted out since some issues are related to hardware fault that needs repair or replacement. In that case an engineer visit can be arranged and you will have 15% discount on our normal prices.
